What does "(Reserved)" mean when birds are for sale?
Answer —
This is when a customer has requested a bird and has been placed on a waiting list and then has the option to buy it.

Weirs, hedges, woodlands, etc.

No, most are, but there are some just on driftwood or a plain block.
